Meditation and Sound Bath

Join us at The Bright Center on Friday March 24th in Conifer, CO from 6-7:30pm. This meditation and sound bath is designed to help you relax, rejuvenate, and let go of stress and tension. We will enjoy tea afterwards and a sharing circle to connect and share our experiences. 

Please bring a yoga mat and anything you might need to be comfortable during the session. (i.e. blankets, pillows, eye mask, etc.)

Tasha Marie has been a Reiki Practitioner for seven years and a Certified Sound Healer who utilizes 7 crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and other instruments during her sessions to help your mind, body, and soul relax and let go of what no longer serves you. Her passion is to assist others along their journey of self discovery and healing.
