Meditation and Sound Bath *Self Awareness and Love*

During this sound bath and meditation, you will be encouraged to set intentions and relax into the space as Tasha Marie takes you on a powerful self love journey. She uses 7 quartz crystal singing bowls tuned to 432hz, chimes, tuning forks, and other instruments to offer a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Join us if you're ready to let go of the things that no longer serve you and step into a space of unconditional love. We will start by setting intentions, moving into a guided meditation and sound bath afterwards. We will finish with a sharing circle to connect and share our experiences.
